وبمواجهة المتهم السابع بالتهم المنسوبة اليه اعترف بها وافاد بانه وبصفته المدير المالي في الشركة العمانية الغذائية الدولية تلقي اتصالا من شخص يعمل لدى شركة كيمجي وافاد برغبته في شراء اكياس جيدة لاستخامها في تعبئة الارز الخاص بشركة كيمجي ، فافاده المتهم انه عليهم احضار الارز اليهم وبدورهم سيقوموا بالتعبئة ، ولكن الشخص المتصل اخبره انهم بحاجة الى اكياس خارجية فقط وهم من سيتولى عملية التعبئة ، وعليه وافق على بيعها لهم حيث ان الاكياس من ذلك الحجم متوقف استعمالها لديهم في الشركة ، وقد وافق على بيع الاكياس بشرط عدم بيع الارز من قبل شركة كيمجي كون ماركة (الاهلي) خاصة بشركتهم ، وبسؤال المحكمة للمتهم عن سبب وجود بيانات انتاج وانتهاء في الاكياس التي قام ببيعها افاد بأن الاكياس كانت خالية من البيانات ، وكون نظام الشركة لا يسمح باعادة التعبئة في الاكياس الخاص بهم اللا بوجود البيانات ، وبناء عليه طلبو منه في شركة كيمجي بان يتم طباعة تاريخ التعبئة في مارس 2016 وبتاريخ انتهاء في مارس 2019 ، ولذلك قام بطباعة التاريخ والبيانات على الاكياس وتسليمها لهم ، واضاف المتهم انه استلم مبلغ البيع وقيده في حساب الشركة ، واكد بانه يعترف بخطأه عندما قام ببيع الاكياس الخاصة بشركتهم الى شركة كيمجي ، وان ذلك حصل لاول مرة ، وقد وافق على البيع للاستخدام الشخصي وليس للبيع ، وانه تعامل مع المسؤولين في شركة كيمجي بحسن نية من اجل الاستخدام الشخصي , والارز الصالح وليس للبيع ، مضيفا أنه لو كان تم اخباره بأن الاكياس سوف تستخدم في اعادة تعبئة الارز لما وافق على البيع ،
