إذا كان لدى الطرف الأول الرغبة في تغيير نطاق المشروع كمتطلبات ومعايير المنظومة الموضحة في هذا المستند أو أي من الخدمات المتفق عليها في العقد أو في أي من المرفقات أو أي من المكاتبات المتفق والموقع عليها من قبل الطرفين الأول والثاني، يلتزم الطرف الأول بتقديم هذه المقترحات للطرف الثاني كتابة (بالخطابات أو البريد الإلكتروني) ويلتزم الطرف الثاني بالرد على هذه المقترحات للطرف الأول رداً كتابياً بحيث يشمل هذا الرد التأثيرات التي يمكن تؤثر عليها هذه المقترحات من :
1- تغيير السعر المحدد في العقد.
2- تغيير المواعيد لجدولة الدفعيات أو لتسليم الخدمات المحددة في العقد.
يشمل أيضاً رد الطرف الثاني للطرف الأول رداً كتابياً بتوفر الموارد كافة لإنجاز هذه المقترحات إن تم الإتفاق عليها وأيضاً يلتزم الطرف الثاني للطرف الأول بالرد على إقتراحاته في فترة لاتزيد عن الخمسة أيام عمل رسمية من تاريخ تسلمه لمقترحات
