للعامل الحق في الحصول على اجازة مرض

للعامل الحق في الحصول على اجازة مرضية مثبتة و يستحق العامل اجر الثلاثين يوم الاولى كاملة و ثلاثة ارباع الاجر عن الستين يوم التالية و دون اجر للثلاثين يوما في الايام التي تلي ذلك خلال السنة الواحدة سواء كانت هذه الاجازات متصلة او متقطعة
