: لقد تأكد لدائرة التدقيق الميداني بأن الخطأ الوارد في فواتير الفرع هو خطأ مادي في رقم التسجيل ولا يستأهل هذا الخطأ غير المقصود (رقم الشركة كان بدل من ) تطبيق غرامة الفقرة 2 من المادة 113 لاسيما ان الفواتير تصدر الى المركز الرئيسي في الخارج وليس لها أي تأثير ضريبـي في لبنان
