يتضح من البيانات أعلاه ان معظم افراد العينة هم من الفئة العمرية الاكبر من 30 عاما، و تعلل الباحثة ذلك بأن الدراسة استهدفت المستويات الادارية العليا، و اعلبها محصورة بين حملة الشهادة الجامعية الاولى (البكالوريوس) و كذلك شهادة (ماجستير) لأن اغلب من يحصل على الماجستير يكون بعد سن الثلاثين
