يوفر المورد على حسابه العمال اللازمين لفتح الطرود وتسليمها لأمين المخازن أو للجنة الفحص والاستلام بحضوره أو بحضور وكيله الرسمي ، وفي حالة عدم قيامه بذلك يجوز للجنة توفير العمال على حسابه.
