تقوم الادارة المالية بالتنسيق مع الادارة المعنية وقبل خمسة عشر يوماً من موعد انتهاء صلاحية الضمان بتوجيه خطاب رسمي الى البنك الضامن لتجديد الضمان خلال ثلاثة ايام من تاريخ استلام هذا الخطاب ، دون الرجوع الى مقدم الضمان.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The Department of finance, in coordination with the Department concerned and before fifteen days from the date of expiry of the warranty guide an official letter to the Bank to renew security guarantor within three days of receipt of this letter, without recourse to the guarantee.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The financial management in coordination with the concerned department and fifteen days before the date of the warranty expiration directed an official letter to the guarantor bank for the renewal of security during the three days of the date of receipt of this letter, without referring to the security provider.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

Financial management in coordination with the Department concerned shall, before fifteen days from the date of expiry of the warranty sent a formal letter to the bank guarantor and guarantee renewal within three days from the date of receipt of this letter, without reference to the grantor.
