تقوم لجنة الفحص والاستلام بتحرير محضر باستلام الاصناف الموردة ومقارنتها مع المواصفات والشروط أو العينات النموذجية التي تم التعاقد على اساسها ، وعليها ان ترفض الاصناف التي لا تطابق المواصفات أو العينات المتعاقد عليها ، وترفع تقرير بنتائج الفحص والمقارنة مبينة اسباب التوصية بالقبول أو الرفض

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
