أثر التدريب الإستراتيجي على تقويم أداء الموارد البشرية وأداء المؤسسة الإقتصادية .
إن فاعلية المؤسسة الإقتصادية في تحقيقها لرسالتها، يعتمد بالأساس على رأسمال البشري و ما يتمتع به من مهارات و كفاءات، لهذا تحرص المؤسسة على تنمية قدرات مواردها البشرية باستمرار من خلال الإتجاهات المعاصرة للتدريب الإستراتيجي من جهة، و تقويم أدائهم للتأكد من فاعلية التدريب، و تنمية الكفاءات المكنونة لديهم من جهة أخرى، للوصول إلى أعلى مستويات الأداء البشري و الأداء المستدام للمؤسسة الإقتصادية، في الجانب الإنتاجي و البيئي و الإجتماعي، خاصة في ظل التحديات الراهنة التي تشهدها الأسواق العالمية من تزايد المنافسة و تحدي النمو والبقاء .
