ثانياً :يقوم مكتبنا بايفاد محامي الى صلالة لمتابعة اجراءات الشكوى الجزائية وتسليم جواز سفر العامل الى الادعاء العام وتقديم طلب لحظره من السفر خارج السلطنة وفي ذات الوقت تتم متابعة للشكوى العمالية ومعرفة موقفها النهائي ومخاطبة القوى العاملة اذا ما ثبت هروب العامل .
