- إذا فشل أي من الطرفين في إلتزاماتهما يمنحه الطرف الأخر مدة إسبوع للإيفاء بإلتزاماته يمكن بعدها للطرف المتضرر إتخاذ الإجراء الذي يراه مناسباً مع إبلاغ الطرف الأخر بقراره.
- تلتزم مجموعة شركات سعد العيسى بتعيين أحد موظفيها ليتواصل مع مدير المشروع على أن يكون هذا الشخص متوفر خلال أي وقت يطلب فيه أثناء ساعات العمل الرسمية لتلبية احتياجات إنهاء المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
- تلتزم شركة الفضاء الرقمي بتنفيذ المشروع في الوقت المحدد، واي تأخير غير مبرر على مدة العقد الكلية يترتب عليه خصم مبلغ (1,5 %) من قيمة العقد على كل يوم تأخير في مدة أقصاها اسبوع من بعد تاريخ انتهاء العمل.
- تلتزم مجموعة شركات سعد العيسى باستيفاء كافة متطلبات المشروع في الوقت المحدد، واي تأخير غير مبرر على مدة المشروع الكلية يترتب عليه خصم مبلغ (1,5 %) من قيمة المشروع على كل يوم تأخير في مدة أقصاها اسبوع من بعد تاريخ انتهاء العمل.
