تحديد فئات ومستويات الرسوم ومقابل الخدمات الجامعية

للمستوى الإداري الأول إصدار القرارات اللازمة لتحديد فئات الرسوم الجامعية ومقابل الخدمات التي تقدمها الجامعة على أساس مبدأ استرداد الكلفة.

يجوز للمستوى الإداري الأول أن يخول رئيس الجامعة أو نائبه المعني بالشئون المالية بوضع الضوابط التنظيمية والإجرائية اللازمة لتحصيل الرسوم أو مقابل الخدمات، وحالات الإعفاء منها ووضع الضوابط والضمانات الكافية لتحصيلها.
