لا يجوز للمستأجر أو يؤجر الشقة موضوع هذا العقد من الباطن إلى الغير
حتى أقرب الناس إليه
وإلا أصبح العقد مفسوخاً من تلقاء نفسه

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
