2.3 يجب إعداد كافة التقارير أعلاه على أساس تراكمي أي أن نتائج التقرير الربع الثاني ( النصف سنوى ) يجب ان تحتوى على نتائج التقرير الربع الأول بالإضافة إلى الربع الثاني . وهكذا .2.4 الإدارة المالية فقط وحدها المسئولة عن الإدخالات التي تتم على السجلات المحاسبية.2.5 يتم تقسيم السنة المالية إلى اثني عشر شهرا.2.6 يجب أن تظهر التقارير بشكل عادل المركز المالى ونتائج أعمال الشركة ويتطلب العرض العادل ما يلي:• اختيار وتطبيق سياسات محاسبية محددة وكذلك القوانين والأنظمة.• عرض معلومات ذات علاقة، ثابتة، قابلة للمقارنة ومفهومة.
