2- اذا كانت الاتفاقية لا تنص على فتح حساب مصرفي مستقل للمنحة فيمكن للجمعية إيداع مبلغ المنحة في حسابها المصرفي العام على ان يتم مسك سجلات محاسبية منفصلة للمشروع على الحساب العام تسهل عملية التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي والذي يسهل عملية اصدار التقارير المالية للجهة المانحة.
