وجاءت شروط القبول والتسجيل في البرنامج بنفس شروط القبول بالفترة الصباحية مع مراعاة تمكين قبول المتدربين للتفرغ الجزئي أو الكلي، والإعفاء من شرط العمر وعدد سنوات التخرج، ويعفى أيضاً من شرط اختبار اللغة الانجليزية الذي يتضمنه برنامج البكالوريوس الصباحي، ويتم التعامل مع البرنامج أسوة بما هو معمول به في الفترة الصباحية في الوحدة التدريبية، وسيتم تنفيذ البرنامج في الفترة المسائية من الساعة الرابعة مساءً الى الساعة العاشرة مساءً كحد أقصى.
