• تم الاتفاق على وضع قضية توزيع المياه على الاحياء بانتظام كموضوع للنقاش في اللقاء العام وان يتم الاعلان عنه في الجوامع وخطب الجمعة والقهاوي ،وايضا موضوع للنقاش كان مساهمة المواطنين المادية في الشبكة.
• تم تاكيد رفضهم لوجود العنصر النسائي وذلك بسبب المعيقات وبانهم بلدة مُحافِظة .
• تم التوضيح على انه قبل زيارة رئيس البلدية القيام بعمل دراسات عامة وكاملة عن جميع القضايا ونحن جاهزين ونحن هنا لمساعدتك ونحن صوتك للمواطن وصوت المواطن لك ،واخباره بانه سيكون هناك لقاء عام يتحدث عن القضايا التي تم اختيارها ،وتحديد وقت مناسب له كي يتواجد .
• بخصوص اللقاء العام ستكون اللجنة هي المرتبه والمنظمة والمديرة للقاء وهي ايضاً من ستضع الاسئلة وتوزعها للمواطنين ،وسيكون هناك وجود لطاقم مسؤول عن المساءلة المجتمعية (GIZ) كمساندة للعضو كمال وتساعد في الترتيب للقاء العام .
• المدة الزمنية :* تشكيل اللجنة كاملة سيكون يوم السبت القادم
*زيارة اللجنة لرئيس البلدية سيكون خلال الاسبوع القادم .
