لقد تم الاجتماع مع هؤلاء المعلمات حيث أنهم يشكون عدم ثقتهم بأمكانيتهم تدريس مادة الرياضيات لطلاب الحلقة الثالثة لانهم في الاساس خريجي تدريس للحلقة الاولى ومن هنا فهم لا يمتلكون المهارة المطلوبة لتدريس محتوى المنهاج المعدل في الحلقة الثالثة.
ومن هذا المنطلق فأنني انصح أن يتم توزيعهم على مدارس مختلفة ،حيث يتم نقل اثنتين منهما وإبقاء الاثنتين الاخريين في نفس المدرسة. وبهذه الطريقة فان عدد المعلمات الاكثر كفائه وخبرة سيكون هو الاعلى في هذه المدرسة وستكون هنالك سهوله في تقديم الدعم للمعلمات الاقل خبره لتطوير ثقتهم وكفائتهم في تدريس الرياضيات للحلقة الثالثة.

In this sense I would advise to be deployed to schools different, where it is the transfer of two of them and keep the other two in the same school. In this way, the number of parameters the most efficient and the experience will be the highest in this school , there will be easier to provide support for teachers with less experience to develop confidence and competence in the teaching of mathematics for the third episode.
