 يقوم قسم شؤون الموظفين بإرسال تقرير تقييم الأداء خلال فترة التجربة إلى المدير المباشر وذلك في الأسبوع الأول من الشهر الخامس.
 يقوم مدير الوحدة التنظيمية المختص بإعداد تقرير تقييم الأداء الخاص بالموظف ومناقشته مع الموظف وكتابة توصياته وإرساله إلى قسم شؤون الموظفين.
 إذا لاحظ المدير/المشرف المباشر عدم صلاحية الموظف للعمل في أي فترة خلال فترة التجربة يقوم بإشعار قسم شؤون الموظفين الموارد البشرية بذلك لاستكمال إجراءات إنهاء خدماته وبدون الانتظار حتى نهاية فترة التجربة.
 يقوم قسم شؤون الموظفين بمراجعة تقرير تقييم الأداء والتأكد من اكتمال كافة المعلومات المطلوبة، ومراجعة التوصيات.
 في حالة التوصية بإنهاء خدمات الموظف يقوم قسم شؤون الموظفين إجراءات إنهاء الخدمات وتوجيه الخطاب اللازم للموظف.
 في حالة عدم تثبيت الموظف غير السعودي تقوم إدارة الموارد البشرية باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإعادته إلى بلد الاستقدام حسب الأنظمة والإجراءات المتبعة في ذلك.
 يعتبر الموظف مثبتاً بالخدمة إذا إنقضت فترة الإختبار ولم يخطر كتابة بإنهاء خدماته.
