اعتبار عدم تقديم الموردين لأي ملاحظات على المواصفات إقراراً منهم بتنفيذ التوريدات أو اداء الخدمات بحسب المواصفات التي وضعتها الجمعية ولا يحق لهم المطالبة بأي تعديلات فيها أو المطالة بأي زيادة في قيمة البنود.
