الموظف المذكور (يعمل صرافاً لدى الشركة / فرع صلالة ) قام بإسائة الآمانة الموكولة اليه بالتعدي على أموال الشركة واستغلالها في تعاملات تبادل عملات خارج النظام المحاسبي للشركة والإستفادة من العائد المتحقق من العمليات بتحويلها لمنفعته الشخصية وكذا الإضرار بالشركة والحاق الخسائر بها. ويشير تقرير المراجعة الداخلية الأولي بأنه قد إنتفع بمبالغ طائلة جراء هذه المخالفات-( علما بأن المذكور يقوم بإعادة أصل الأموال التى يستخدمها في المعاملات الى خزانة الشركة ويستفيد من فرق التعامل في العملات )
