يجي على المقاول توفير كافة المنشات والخدمات والتجهيزات و اعمال الحراسه والامن اللازمه في المناطق المخصصه لاعمال المقاول وعليه تأمين ما يحتاجه من ماء و كهرباء على حسابه الخاص وفقا لما هو منصوص عليه في المتطلبات العامه, و على المقاول و ممثليه و عماله وعمال مقاوليه من الباطن ان يحصروا كافه اعمالهم ونشاطاتهم في المناطق المخصصه لهم
