يقر الطرف الثاني بأنه قد عاين العين المؤجرة له محل العقد في هذه الاتفاقية على الطبيعة المعاينة التامة النافية للجهالة ووجدها مناسبة للغاية التي من اجلها تم الاستئجار، وقبل بها بحالتها الحاضرة قبولاً تاماً لا رجوع عنه ولا تحفظ عليه ومطلعاً اطلاعاً كافياً وافياً نافياً للجهالة وقبل بالموقع المحدد له كما تم توضيحه في التمهيد.
