إذا اوقف العامل من قبل الجهات المخت

إذا اوقف العامل من قبل الجهات المختصة في قضايا تتصل بالعمل او بسببه فعلى صاحب العمل ان يستمر في دفع 50% من الاجر إلى العامل حتى يفصل في قضيته على ان لا تزيد مدة التوقيف عن 180 يومًا و إذا حكم ببراءة العامل يعاد ما خصم من راتبه، أما إذا لم يحكم ببراءته لا يعاد مما خصم للعامل شيء
