ويتولى القسم المالي أجراء كافة الخطوات الواردة في أعلاه فضلاً عن اجراء التسوية القيديه اللازمة لغرض قيد المبلغ الذي تم بموجبة تمويل حساب الجمعية في المصرف المعتمد من قبل وزارة المالية بعد ورود قسيمة إيداع المبلغ منه . وفقاً للقيد الاتي :-
