تنفيذا للمادة (السادسة) من القواعد تعد اللجنة تنظيما داخليا لعملها يشتمل على كل ما يرد في هذه اللائحة مما اسندته اليها القواعد, ويحدد كيفية عقد اجتماعاتها واتخاذ ما يصدر بشأنها , وتودع نسخة منه لدى الوزارة
