6. في حال انتهاء الشراكة بين الشركاء في شركة الوسطى للخدمات الغذائية ( الطرف الثاني المستأجر) أثناء سريان مدة العقد، يستمر عقد الايجار و تكون شركة أجاد المتحدة للاستثمار ( الشريك في الشركة الوسطى ) ملزمة بسداد القيمة الإيجارية طوال فترة سريان العقد.
