 تعريف التكليف: هو تكليف الموظف بالقيام بأعمال أخرى بالإضافة لأعمال وظيفته الأصلية عندما تقتضي ظروف العمل ذلك.
 بناءًً على متطلبات المصلحة العامة للشركة، يجوز للشركة تكليف الموظف بالقيام بمهام وظيفة أخرى إلى جانب وظيفته الأصلية.
 يكون التكليف بقرار من المدير المباشر و بموافقة مدير إدارة الموارد البشرية.
 لا يجوز تكليف الموظف بأ يأعمال أخرى بدون خطاب رسمي موجهه للموظف.
 يجب أن لا تتعدى مدة التكليف بأي حال من الأحوال مدة ( 6 ) ستة شهور.
 يمنح الموظف المكلف عند تكليفه بعمل آخر بالإضافة لوظيفته الأصلية علاوة بدل تكليف مقدارها 30% من أجر الوظيفة المكلف بها ويبقى أجره والمزايا الأخرى على ما هي عليه.
