- الأنسجة الطلائية الجليدية Cuticular :

وهى تفرز مادة تجويف بالجليد Cuticle لحماية الأنسجة التى تقع تحتها ويكثر هذا النوع فى اللأفقاريات مثل دودة الأرض وقد تفرز غطاء سميكا حول الجسم كما فى الحشرات .



: Neuro – Epithelium 3 ـ الأنسجة الطلائية العصبية

تتحور بعض الخلايا لأداء وظيفة حسية وهى استقبال المؤثرات ونقلها إلى الأنسجة العصبية وهو يتكون من خلايا مغزلية الشكل يبرز منها شعيرات دقيقة ومن أمثلتها الخلايا الموجودة فى شبكية العين وبراعم التذوق على السطح العلوى للسان والجزء الشمى للأنف.

4- الأنسجة الطلائية المنبتة Germinal :

وتوجد فى الغدد التناسلية وتكون الخلايا التناسلية كالبويضات والحيوانات المنوية .




4- الأنسجة الطلائية الغدية Glandular :
وتتحور خلاياه لتؤدى وظيفة إفرازية أو غدية وتنقسم إلى :

أ ) الغدد ذات الإفراز الداخلى (الصم) Endocrine Gland :

وهى غدد ليس لها قنوات ويمر إفرازها من الخلايا إلى الدم أو اللمف مباشرة مثل غدة الكظر والغدة الدرقية .



: Exocrine Gland (ب) الغدد ذات الإفراز الداخلى (القنوية)

وهى إما إن تكون وحيدة الخلية أو متعددة الخلايا ومن أمثلة الخلايا الغدية وحيدة الخلية الكاسية Goblet Cell وهى تشبه الكأس وتنضغط نواتها عند القاعدة أو الجانب بينما إفرازها أى المخاط يملأ معظم الخلية وينتشر الإفراز المخاطى على أسطح الخلايا المجاورة لترطيب أهدابها وبذلك تسهل حركتها ويساعد هذا الإفراز أيضا على التقاط ذرات الغبار المار داخل القنوات التنفسية وعلى تسهيل مرور الطعام داخل القناة الهضمية .

أما الخلايا الغدية المتعددة الخلايا فهى إما بسيطة أو مركبة .

وهى تشبه الأنابيب (وتنقسم إلى) :



الغدد الأنبوبية البسيطة Simple Tubular Glands :

وتشبه الأنبوبة الصغيرة التى يتركب جدارها من طبقة واحدة من الخلايا التى تتحور لأداء وظيفة إفرازية وتبدو فى القطاع العرضى مستديرة ولها جدار رقيق مكون من طبقة واحدة من الخلايا العمودية تحيط بتجويف مركز ضيق كما فى الأمعاء .

الغدد الأنبوبية Tubular Glands

الغدد الأنبوبية الملتفة Coiled Tubular G. :

وهى تشبه أنبوبة ملتفة كالغدد العرقية فى جلد الثدييات .



الغدد الأنبوبية المتفرعة Branched Tubular G. :

وتفتح تفرعات كل غدة فيها إلى الخارج عن طريق قناة مشتركة فى الغدد المعدية فى معدة الثدييات .



الغدد الأنبوبية المركبة Compound Tubular G. :

وتتكون من عدد كبير من التفرعات الأنبوبية التى تشترك مع بعضها لتفتح بقناة مشتركة كالكبد والغدد الدمعية


الغدد الحويصلية: Alveolar G. – ب

وتنشأ هذه الغدد كاندغامات من الطلائية السطحية تتعمق فى الأنسجة تحت الطلائية ثم يتسع الجزء الداخلى لكل غدة ليصبح مستديرا كرويا بينما يظل الخارجى أنبوبياً وهى تحتوى على الأشكال الآتية :

الغدد الحويصلية البسيطة Simple Avcolar G. :

ويتركب جزئها الغدى من خلايا غدية كبيرة للإفراز بينما يتكون الجزء الأنبوبى من خلايا أصغر ويعمل كقناة كما فى الغدد المخاطية فى جلد الضفدعة .

الغدد الحويصلية المتفرعة Branched Alveolar G. :

يتكون الجزء الغدى من حويصلتين أو أكثر تفتحان بقناة واحدة مشتركة كما فى الغدد الدهنية فى جلد الثدييات .
