تقوم الإدارة الطالبة بإعداد مذكره شراء أصل ثابت ويتم اعتماد المذكرة من مدير الادارة الطالبة ومن ثم رفعه إلى إدارة المشتريات.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Management student prepare a note to buy a fixed asset and is made note of the Director of the requesting administration and then submit it to the Purchasing Department.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The requesting department prepares a memorandum for the purchase of a fixed asset and the memorandum is approved by the director of the requesting department and then submitted to the Procurement Department.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The requesting manager shall prepare a memorandum for the purchase of fixed assets, adopt the memorandum from the requesting manager, and then submit it to the purchasing department.
