يذكر أن هناك ثلاجه كبيرة في مستودع محل لبيع المواد الغذائية… ويوم من الأيام دخل عامل إلى الثلاجة الكبيرة…وكانت من الداخل عبارة عن غرفة كبيرة عملاقة… دخل العامل لكي يجرد الصناديق التي بالداخل…ولكن فجأة وبالخطأ أغلق على نفسه باب هذه الثلاجه… طرق الباب عدة مرات ولم يفتح له أحد …ولسوء الحظ انه كان في نهاية الدوام وفي آخر الأسبوع…حيث أن اليومين القادمين عطله … فعرف الرجل أنه سوف يهلك…لا أحد يسمع طرقه للباب جلس ينتظر مصيره بالموت…وبعد يومين فتح الموظفون الباب… وفعلاً وجدوا الرجل قد توفي…وجدوا بجانبه رساله كتب فيها… ماكان يشعر به قبل وفاته…(أنا الآن محبوس في هذه الثلاجة…أحس بأطرافي بدأت تتجمد…أشعر بتنمل في أطرافي…أشعر أني لا أستطيع أن أتحرك…أشعر أني أموت من البرد…) وبدأ الخط يصبح ضعيف الى أن أنقطع…ولكن العجيب أن الثلاجه كانت مغلقه ولم تكن متصلة بالكهرباء إطلاقاً !! برأيكم من الذي قتل هذا الرجل؟؟ لم يكن سوى(الوهم) الذي كان يعيشه… كان يعتقد بما أنه في الثلاجة إذن الجو بارد جداً وانه سيتجمد ويموت…واعتقاده هذا جعله يموت فالحقيقة…!!
لذلك العبرة: لا تدعوا العقل الباطن يتوهم بالأفكار السلبية والإعتقادات الخاطئه حتى تتحكم وتسيطر على أنفسنا وتصبح حقيقه في حياتنا علينا ان نمتلئ بالافكار الايجابيه دائماً.
