أولا: رسوم الإنتساب و وكيل التحويل.

(1) رسوم وكيل التحويل:
تدفع الشركات المساهمة رسوم سنوية يتم تحصيله في شهر يناير من كل عام , أي مقدما عن السنة وتسمى هذه الرسوم (رسوم وكيل التحويل) , مقابل الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة في حفظ وادارة سجلات مساهمي الشركات المدرجة , وتقديم الخدمات الأخرى المساندة لتلك الشركات ومساهميها ، ويتحصل الرسم كالآتي:-.

أ‌) الشركات المساهمة العامة 0.0007 من رأس المال المدفوع وبحد أدنى 1,000 ريال عُماني. وحد أقصى 125,000 ريال عماني.
ب‌) الشركات المساهمة المقفلة 0.0002 من رأس المال المدفوع وبحد أدنى 100 ريال عُماني وحد أقصى 2,000 ريال عماني.

ملاحظة: بالنسبة للشركات المساهمة العامة تحتسب الرسوم على رأس المال المدفوع , وبدون حد أعلى للرسم , ويطبق ذلك على زيادة رأس رؤوس الأموال لهذه الشركات خلال العام ويحسب جزء الشهر على أساس شهر كامل.
وتعامل الشركات المقفلة بنفس المعاملة مع مراعاة السقف الأعلى للرسوم المتقاضاة عن السنة الواحدة.

Note: For the public shareholding companies , the fees are calculated on the paid - up capital, and without an upper limit for the fee, and apply it on top of an increase capital of these companies during the year is calculated on the basis of part month full month.
the deal closed companies the same treatment , taking into account the roof top of the Almottagadah fees for one year.
