3. على المقاول أن يرفق بعطائه ملاحظاته واقتراحاته بشأن تعديل بنود أو كميات أو إدراج بنود لم تتضمنها الرسومات والتصاميم وجداول الكميات وهي ضرورية لإنجاز الاعمال ، ولا تعتبر اقتراحاته ملزمة للجمعية للأخذ بها وإذا ثبت صحة ملاحظاته اثناء التنفيذ وبتقرير من المهندس المشرف وتأكدت الادارة المعنية من سلامة الملاحظات فيتم العمل بها
