وتم في هذه الدراسة تحليل حساسية التغير في بعض العوامل الرئيسية التي يتوقع أن يكون لها تأثير كبير على معدل العائد الداخلي وفترة الاسترداد وذلك بافتراض التغير في كل عامل على حدى مع الإبقاء على العوامل الأخرى بدون أي تغيير.
