تمنح السلف المؤقتة بموجب طلب مقدم الى القسم المالي / محاسب المشروع متضمناً مبلغ السلفة والغرض منها ويقوم القسم المالي بالاشتراك مع قسم الرقابة بدراسة الطلب لتحديد مبلغ السلفة المؤقتة تمهيداً للموافقة عليها من قبل الأمين العام / مدير المشروع
