اشتملت الزيارة رئيس البلدية بتاريخ

اشتملت الزيارة رئيس البلدية بتاريخ 8/9/2015 على المحاور التالية :-
• موافقة رئيس البلدية على القضايا التي اختارتها اللجنة (موقف للمواصلات العامة،الصرف الصحي تزيين وتنظيف البلدة وتشجيرها)
• تم مناقشة قضية موقف المواصلات وبالأخص قضية الارض المنوي اقامة موقف للمواصلات وهي تعود بالأساس الى قطاع خاص وهناك مشكلة يصعب حلها بسبب ان اصحاب الارض لهم من ايراد البلدية من الموقف المتفق عليه ولا يستجيبون للمفاوضة.
• مناقشة الصعوبات التي تواجه البلدية مع المواطنين والتحيز الموجود داخل الاعضاء من اجل الاستفادة كل لأجل الحي او العائلة التي ينتمي لها ،وذكر ان الحكم المحلي قد غابت سلطته عن البلديات وأصبحت فوضى وتراكمت الاخطاء ،بالإضافة الى ان ادارة البلدية عشوائي لا يستطيعون العمل ضمن خطة استراتيجية وموازنة عامة.
• تم اعطاء حلول وأفكار من اجل معرفة الناس بدور البلديات وإدارتها من خلال اللقاء العام الذي من المقرر القيام به ،وقد اقترح رئس البلدية ان يتم تشكيل لجان احياء وشباب من جامعات ومدارس من اجل التوجه الى أي عمل تطوعي تحتاجه البلد من زراعة وتنظيف وتشجير وغيرها مع التعاون مع الجهات ذات الاختصاص منها الصحة والبيئة والزراعة من اجل اتمام الاعمال التي تحددها اللجان وتسهيل العمل وبذلك نزرع المواطنة في الاطفال الصغار قبل الكبار من اجل البلد وخدمتها .
• بخصوص قضية الصرف الصحي تم الموافقة على التمديدات من قبل اسرائيل قبل عشرين يوم والمشروع يحتاج الى اكثر من 7 مليون يورو وقد اقترح رئيس البلدية عمل بروبوزال جديد ودراسة كاملة نحدد فيها عدد السكان وأهمية المشروع من الناحية البيئية (المياه الجوفية)والصحية (بئر ارتوازية)مع التنويه ان قباطية مقامه على حفر امتصاصية والتركيز عليها بدعم تقارير من الصحة وغيرها من جهات الاختصاص مع مطلب جماهيري يعزز البروبوزال .
• تم الاتفاق على ان تكون قضية الصرف الصحي هي القضية التي سيتم مناقشتها بشكل اساسي في اللقاء الجماهيري العام.
