• والى المرسوم السلطاني رقم 57/93 بإصدار الاحكام المنظمة للاستثمار الخليجي .
• والى المرسوم السلطاني رقم 102/94 وتعديلاته بإصدار قانون استثمار رأسم المالي الاجنبي .
• والى محضر اجتماع جمعية الشركاء بشركة لشركة الشمس للتغليف ش.م.م المؤرخ في 10/8/2014م .
• والى النظام الاساسي لشركة الشمس للتغليف ش.م.ع.م .
