يحل أي نزاع قد ينشأ بين الطرفين لا قدر الله نتيجة لأي تفسير خاطئ أو أي خطأ في تنفيذ أي من بنود هذا العقد أو ما يتفرع عنه أو يرتبط به من معاملات بين الطرفين بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الحسابات والايجارات والتعويضات والالتزامات بالطرق الودية وفي حالة عدم التوصل إلى تسوية ودية خلال (30) ثلاثون يوما من تاريخ نشأة النزاع سوف يتم النظر في النزاع القائم عن طريق الجهات المختصة وفقاً لنظام التحكيم العربي السعودي ولائحته التنفيذية.
