3. إذا لم يتم الوصول إلى اتفاق بعد مرور(30) يوما من بداية المفاوضات يتم اللجوء إلى التحكيم بحسب ما تقتضيه أحكام العقد بعد أخذ الموافقة المسبقة من قبل مجلس الادارة.
