اقتراح الاجراءات والقواعد اللازمة، لتنفيذ المدونة الدولية لأمن السفن والمرافق المينائية، وتقديم الاستشارات الخاصة بتنفيذها.
متابعه أداء هيئات التصنيف المعتمدة بالدوله وفق المعايير الموضوعه
