ح- متابعة الشحن والفعاليات الأخرى ينبغي أن يقوم المفتش المستقل بإعلام المشتري عنها أولاً بأول للتأكد من أن مهنية التفتيش قد انجزت على أتم وجه. وأي اهمال من المفتش سوف ترتد نتائجه إلى البائع كونه الطرف المعني بالتنفيذ المضبوط لبنود الاتفاقية. وليس بوسع المشتري أن يقبل ارتباط الطرف الثالث إذا لم يستلم المعلومات في وقتها.
