3. يتجدد هذا العقد تلقائيا لمدة أو مدد مماثلة ما لم يخطر أحد الطرفين الطرف الآخر برغبته في عدم التجديد قبل سنتين من تاريخ انتهاء العقد بموجب خطاب يرسله بالبريد المسجل للطرف الاخر على عنوانه المدون في الصفحة الاولى من هذا العقد أو استلام خطي منه يفيد باستلامه لذلك الخطاب.
