- اي ان المزود والمستهلك اتحدا في الشخصية ولا توجد هناك اي عملية او نية او دلائل للبيع والعرض والترويج لاي جهة كانت .
- الامر الذي يجعل من تطبيق قانون حماية المستهلك على الحادثة امر يصعب قبوله قانونا لعدم وجود مستهلك غير المزود نفسه .
