تشكل لجنة للبيع بالمزاد العلني من بين أعضاء لجنة المزايدات يختارهم رئيس اللجنة شريطة أن لا يقل عدد أعضائها عن ثلاثة أشخاص ( ويُضَم إليهم مدير الحسابات/امين الصندوق لاستلام أصول التأمينات في جلسة المزاد) للقيام بالاتي:
