 المدير المالي- يستلم ويراجع مسودات التقارير.- يعتمد ويوقع مسودات "ميزان المراجعة"، "قائمة الدخل"، "الميزانية العمومية" والتدفقات النقدية.- يرسل مسودات "قائمة الدخل" و"الميزانية العمومية" وقائمة التدفقات النقدية إلى المدير العام. المدير العام- مناقشة ومراجعة.- الأستفسار عن حسابات محددة إذا اقتضت الحاجة.- يعتمد ويوقع مسودات التقارير.- ارسال صور من المسودة المعتمدة من "قائمة الدخل"، "قائمة المركز المالي" وقائمة التدفقات النقدية إلى المالية.
