وهي بعنوان:" تقييم الآثار الاستثمارية والتمويلية والاقتـصادية لاسـتخدام الرافعـة الماليـة"
وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الآثار الاستثمارية والتمويلية والاقتـصادية لاسـتخدام الرافعـة الماليـة، وأجريت هذه الدراسة على (9) شركات في قطاع التعدين بجمهورية مصر العربية،خلال فتـرة 1981-1986 وفقا لهذه الدراسة فقد تم احتساب الرافعة المالية على أساس مجموع القروض (طويلـة الأجـل وقصيرة الأجل) ، وأهم ما توصلت له الدراسة أن هناك تأثيرا سلبيا للرافعـة الماليـة على معدل العائد على الاستثمار، وان هناك تأثيرا جوهريا للرافعة المالية على الاستثمار في الأصـول الثابتة بحيث كانت العلاقة طردية، بينما كانت العلاقة عكسية مع الاستثمار في الأصول المتداولة
