خ‌- في الأحوال التي يتعذر فيها انجاز الاعمال المطلوبة قبل نهاية السنة المالية . يجب تسوية السلفة و رد الباقي منها . والحصول على سلفة أخرى في السنة المالية الجديدة لأكمال الاعمال وبموجب موافقة جديدة من المخول بالمنح مع بيان الأسباب التي دعت لذلك
