يتهم الادعاء العام المتهم السابع (موكلنا) بأنه تدخل فرعيا فيما اقترفه المتهمون من جرم التداول لسلعة فاسدة وعدم التزامهم بالشفافية والمصداقية وذلك بان هيأ لهم اكياس جديدة تحت مسمى الاهلي ، بتواريخ صلاحية جديدة ووزن 39 كجم ، وتدخل فرعيا بتداول المتهمين للمواد الغذائية وهي عبارة عن ارز فاسد وذلك بأن قاموا بنقله وتخزينه واعادة تعبئته في اكياس جديدة تحت مسمى ارز الاهلي ، ولذلك يزعم الادعاء العام بأن المتهم قد قارف جنحة التدخل الفرعي المؤثم بنصوص المواد (40) بدلالة المادتين (7) و (20) من قانون حماية المستهلك مقروءة مع المادة (95/1) من قانون الجزاء ، وجنحة مخالفة قانون سلامة الغذاء المؤثمة بنص المادة (22) بدلالة المادة (5) من قانون سلامة الغذاء مقروءة مع المادة (95؟1) من قانون الجزاء .
