هي تلك التي يصبح فيها حامل السند دائنا دائما في حالة التصفية ، حيث أن هذا النوع من السندات له الأولوية على أصول بذاتها ، و تكون القدرة على تحقيق أرباح هي الضامن على قدرتها على الوفاء بإلتزاماتها .
