و للشركة ايضا تعديل الاجور بما هو اكثر فائدة للعامل مع الاخذ بعين الاعتبار رفع الاجر الاساسي وفق القرار الوزاري 222/2013 وعدم المساس بعلاوات العاملين السابقة للقرار .
